first_imgA judge has said he cannot hear a civil case between two former legal partners.The case between Kieran O’Gorman and Michael Cunningham, who were formerly business partners at O’Gorman Cunningham Solicitors, was due to be heard today.However, when Judge Conal Gibbons arrived at Letterkenny District Court, he announced he could not hear the case.
