This is the latest in the Good Morning Goodman series which updates the Goodman School of Business community weekly on important news and events. Good Morning Goodman continues this week with co-hosts Susan LeBlanc and Najlaa Rauf announcing that tickets will be on sale soon for Innovation Matters and Monster Pitch events. Innovation Matters is a panel discussion on innovation and entrepreneurship featuring some familiar names – Jim Treliving, Bruce Croxon, Deborah Rosati and Jason Sparaga. Both events are set to take place on March 22 at the FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre.LeBlanc and Rauf also announce the upcoming 5 Days for the Homeless campaign organized by the Goodman Business Students’ Association. The campaign, which takes place March 7-11, aims to raise awareness about youth homelessness in Niagara while accepting monetary and non-perishable food donations on behalf of Community Care of St. Catharines and Thorold.This week’s congratulatory messages are to our graduates who successfully passed the Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) of Ontario’s Common Final Examination (CFE) and to Chris Pace, Josh Ratz, Melissa Trapani and Sameer Verma, who placed third out of 24 teams at the Supply Chain Management Association Competition.Other upcoming events are Brock Finance and Investment Group’s Stock Pitch Challenge, Brock Marketing Association’s So You Think You Can Sell competition and Brock’s Spring Open House.
